Please read the following General Terms and conditions very carefully as they affect your use of the Website and your rights. Should you have any questions please do give us a call. 1. I understand that The Tax Refund Bureau is a trading name of DC Accountants & Business Bureau Limited.2. I authorise The Tax Refund Bureau to be my tax agent and to represent me in all communication, submission and correspondence with the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland and the Department of Social Welfare of Ireland for the tax years agreed.3. I authorise The Tax Refund Bureau to:a). Review my earnings, taxes paid, tax credits, expenses, and allowances due and all other specific areas relating to my tax returns and to submit my tax return on my behalf to the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland.b). Receive all correspondence about my tax affairs and respond as appropriate.c). Organise the payment of taxes due to me or payment of any monies owed by me to the Revenue Commissioners and from the Department of Social Welfare.d). Receive any refunds due from the Revenue Commissioners to me by cheque to the The Tax Refund Bureau offices.4. I confirm that all information provide is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.5. I have not instructed anyone else to claim the refund and I have not submitted a claim directly to the tax office.6. I am aware and agree that the tax refund will be paid directly to The Tax Refund Bureau and that they will deduct their fees and pay the remaining amount to the client within 10 days of being paid.7. I understand that, if for some reason The Revenue Commissioner sends payment directly to me or to any other person connected with me in any way, I am obliged to pay commission to The Tax Refund Bureau within 14 days of being paid. I understand and agree that if due to non payment within the above timeframe The Tax Refund Bureau takes legal steps in order to collect the commission from me, I will pay an additional fee of €30 + VAT in addition to interest of 8% above the Central European Bank base rate and debt collectors/court fees.8. I understand and agree that The Tax Refund Bureau will deduct commission of 10% + VAT. If I get no refund I pay nothing (except where you withdraw your claim before we can secure your refund, or provided untrue information. Please refer to point 9 & 10.)9. I understand that should I have previously submitted a refund claim on my own (or someone did it for me) and then instructed The Tax Refund Bureau to continue with the claim The Tax Refund Bureau commission is 10% + VAT.10. I understand that if, for any reason, I instruct The Tax Refund Bureau to submit my claim and then subsequently withdraw the claim (once The Tax Refund Bureau commenced the process) I will have to pay them commission of 10%+ VAT at the time when the claim is withdrawn.11. I understand and agree to pay the amount of the €50.00 + VAT if I provided misleading and/or untrue the information to The Tax Refund Bureau (including, but not limited to omitting information about jobs, providing untrue information about my income etc)12. I understand and agree to pay a fee of €10 + VAT for every Statement of Earnings, P45/P60/Income Levy Cert obtained by The Tax Refund Bureau.13. I understand that The Revenue Commissioner decision is final and that calculations made by The Tax Refund Bureau are estimates and are not binding in any way.14. I shall inform The Tax Refund Bureau about any changes that may affect my claim and I will also update them of any changes in my contact details.15. The Tax Refund Bureau will cover the cost of postage and phone calls within Ireland.16. I may be charged for international phone calls and postage, but only if I request these services.18. I read, understood and accepted this agreement: I understand that The Tax Refund Bureau may refuse to submit my claim without giving any reason. My documents will be then returned to me. |
