   D. Text your name and address to 087 948 5014 and we will send out an application pack.
   E. Download and print our application pack. 
   
2. We send you our Application pack, which you fill in and send back to us in our return envelope.
   
3. We process your application and submit it to the Revenue Commissioner.
   
4. You sit back and think of ways to spend your REFUND
